EMOTIONAL DISFUNCTION OF CONSUMPTION

#Gentrification #Military #WarCasualties #Consumption #Capitalism

Emotional Disfunction of Consumption is part of the Ancestors in the Garden installation. Together the art pieces critique how our cultural fixation on consumption crowds out space for our living with and honoring our ancestors, preserving our histories, and protecting our youth.
